Need to rehome your pet due to behavioral, medical, or personal reasons? We understand this can be a difficult and emotional decision.

Below are resources to support you and help keep your pet safe while avoiding the shelter system.

Our current intake focuses on transfers from other rescues and urgent cases at risk of euthanasia. We are only able to accept community surrenders in rare, critical situations.

A dog’s behavior is often a reflection of their environment and the guidance they receive from their human family.

With proper support and training, many behavioral issues can be improved or resolved.

Over 50% of dogs showing signs of aggression are euthanized in shelters. We understand this is a frustrating and emotional time, but surrendering your pet may put them at risk. Remember—they are animals, and biting or acting out is often their way of communicating distress, fear, or unmet needs.
