About Us
Our mission is to prevent unnecessary euthanasia due to medical or behavioral issues while improving rescued animals’ quality of life.
We focus on medical cost assistance, exemplary housing, and behavior-based care while educating the public to raise care standards and promote compassionate, informed pet guardianship.
Intake Policy
Our current intake focuses on transfers from other rescues and urgent cases at risk of euthanasia. We are only able to accept community surrenders in rare, critical situations.

About Us
Paw-Rump Rehab & Rescue (PRRR) is a growing animal rescue based in Pahrump, Nevada. To support our mission, we offer pet services like dog training, pet sitting, and cat & dog nail trims and more. These services help generate revenue for our animals.
We proudly collaborate with local rescues and the shelter when an animal’s needs go beyond what traditional rescue environments may typically address. By pooling our resources, we prevent euthanasia and increase the quality of life of our rescued pets.
We are honored to work closely with JAM Veterinary Services, and are fortunate to have the clinic’s owner, Dr. Jam, on our Board of Directors. This invaluable partnership ensures our decisions are rooted in veterinary expertise, science, and compassion.

- Dogs enjoy outdoor playtime and indoor socializing, frequent potty breaks (never exceeding 10 hours), and cozy “bedroom” kennels for nap and bedtime. When weather permits, they spend most of their time outside or free-roaming indoors with their friends.

Cats reside in our free-roam Cat Café, a calm, social space enriched by interactions with volunteers and visitors. New arrivals begin in a large kennel and transition gently into the café as they adjust.
